DFDS Fleet

DFDS is one of the largest and most experienced transport companies in Europe. The company has a large fleet of ships. DFDS vessels operate on a number of sea routes and in different countries. The fleet is adapted to the transport of passengers and cargo. The main goal of DFDS is to provide comfort, safety and travel for its passengers and customers.


The DFDS fleet consists mainly of passenger and cargo ferries. These ships are equipped with comfortable cabins, restaurants, shops and other amenities for their passengers. DFDS offers ferry connections on many routes in Europe. The main directions are the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Norway and Denmark.

DFDS has 6 modern ships. Three of them are vessels flying the flag of the United Kingdom (Dover Seaways , Delft Seaways , Dunkerque Seaways) and three vessels flying the flag of France (Côte Des Dunes, Côte Des Flandres). They all run on the English Channel.

Ships with the British flag were built in 2005. Thanks to their design, they have a large space. On board, passengers can take advantage of such amenities as restaurants, cafes, shops and a playground for the youngest.

As far as vessels flying the French flag are concerned. The cruise ships Côte Des Dunes and Côte Des Flanders are new cruise ships between Dover and Calais. In 2016, it underwent a thorough renovation. They offer their travelers: a restaurant, a sandwich bar, a café, playgrounds, a shop, a premium lounge and amenities for professional drivers.
